4.     Cookies and Web Beacons. Google, as a third party vendor, uses cookies and web beacons to serve ads and provide other services on our site. Google's use of the DART cookie enables it to serve ads to our users based on their visit to our site and other sites on the Internet. 11.  Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance (COPPA). We are in compliance with the requirements of COPPA. We do not knowingly collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age and our website, products and services are all directed to people who are at least 13 years old or older.
